I recently had a vehicle inspection and work done on my 2017 Subaru Forester with 135,000 miles. Service was top notch. The inspection report I received was thorough and details were clear. I really appreciated how Dylan talked me through the issues my vehicle was having and made sure I understood which issues were urgent and which could wait until my next pay day. Scheduling was easy and I could get an appointment fairly quickly. I also feel good about the repairs that were made. Everything is running great. Would definitely return for service again.
The service department at Gallatin Subaru is amazing! I'm especially pleased with the courtesy shuttle whenever I need to get my car serviced. Sam was my driver today and he was great! He was very attentive to his driving and we had a nice chat. Dylan has also gone above and beyond for me with service. I bought a '24 Crosstrek from them in October of 2023. I never actually visited their dealership, I was able to do it all online and over the phone! They also offered free delivery to your home anywhere in Montana. The car has been great so far, the salesman was friendly and they have been responsive whenever I have inquired about anything. And most important, the car has been working out great!
First time dealing with Gallatin Subaru as this is my first Subaru purchase. I could not be happier with everyone at the dealership and the experience of buying a new car that they presented to me an my wife. The facility is top notch and they are staffed with excellent people who put us first in all ways. I have never felt more valued by a business much less a car dealership. Their inventory is quite large, access to the dealership is simple and easy, and the process is a quick and pain free as buying a car with financing can be. I was quite impressed with all phases of the transaction but especially with the amount of time and detail that was spent acquainting us with all the safety features and electronics that the make and model comes with. Additionally, I received what I considered a very fair trade-in value for my car, and a "no hassle" purchase price for the car of our selection. No hype or pressure was put on us for additional purchases or unnecessary fees added. I shopped for the car I wanted and the dealership that respected and valued me from Kalispell to Billings, finding just the right dealership in Gallatin Subaru. I can not recommend them more, and think you will experience the same.
I was moving from Washington to Ohio pulling a trailer with my 22 Outback wilderness when a CV axle blew right by the shop and during a snow storm. Despite having a full schedule they were able to get my Outback in and repaired and back on the road and a really good amount of time. I really appreciate the effort and making my trip back home safer and more enjoyable through the repairs that you and your staff completed.
I purchased a Forester Wilderness in 2022 and have loved it ever since. Every visit to the service department has been excellent. Especially with Dylan taking care of things. I just went in today for an oil change, and it was done in what felt like world record speed! They even got my Forester a car wash. Last year, I had a warranty issue with my driver seat, and Dylan handled it smoothly, getting a brand-new replacement seat installed without any hassle. Yesterday, I stopped at Gallatin Subaru and my pickup wouldn’t start. A lovely lady by the name of Angie came out to check on me. She was so polite, courteous and willing to help. When I told her my pickup wouldn’t start, she immediately got Sean the technician to check it out. Sean the technician talked with me about the truck. He was very polite, informative and ready to help. Within an hour or 2, they had it fixed and I was back on the road. Angie and Sean the Technician are great people and I wouldn’t have known what to do without their help. I would highly recommend Gallatin Subaru.
